The Shelter Bay Homeowners Association is governed by an elected board of directors who serve rotating 3-year terms. Scroll through the pictures below to see who is representing you! Members are encouraged to attend regularly scheduled meetings on the third Wednesday of every month.

Monthly Board Meeting Agendas
In addition to the meeting's agenda, all supporting materials are included. Minutes from the previous meeting, monthly reports from the Treasurer, Manager, Maintenance and all Committees, status of ongoing projects, resolutions to be voted on, etc. Even if you can't attend a meeting, a review of each month's agenda will give you a lot of information.
