  • The Storage Lot is finished and back open for business.  Please be aware that RVs, boats, or trailers will no longer be allowed to be stored/parked at private lots for longer than the 7 days maximum allowed in the Covenants.  Please visit the Office to obtain space in the Storage Lot.
  • The restrooms in the breezeway at the Clubhouse can now be accessed via a fob 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Two (2) fobs can be assigned per member lot at a cost of $10/each.  Be sure to hold onto it, replacment fobs are $25.  This single fob can be used for entry to all Community facilities that you are authorized to access.  Stop by the Office to pick yours up today.
  • Don’t forget that Property Taxes are due to the Swinomish Tribe and must be postmarked by October 31st.
  • Swinomish Prescription Drug Take Back Day is October 27th. Click HERE for details.
  • Cougar Sightings - (10/12/18 update by Leslie Parks, SITC Wildlife Science Technician) - Game cameras deployed by the SITC Hunting & Gathering team were checked on October 11. There were no photos of a cougar--only deer and coyotes. The team will be on the lookout for other signs as they continue to monitor the situation. As of yet, they have not been able to confirm the presence of a cougar. 
Remember, for full access to both the website & the Pilera Communications Portal, you must first login (on the main menu to your left).

Once you've logged into the portal, click "Community" from the top blue menu bar. Then select "Document Library." Click HERE to learn more about how to navigate the Document Library.
