Latest Shelter Bay News

  • Board of Directors meeting: Wednesday, August 15. 2:00pm Community; 4:00pm Company.
  • Greenbelt Firewise Cuts:  Eager Beaver has been scheduled to do Firewise Work behind Lot 390/391 next Wednesday, August 22nd.  
  • Wildfire smoke from regional fires headed to Skagit County this week. Click HERE for details. 
  • Swinomish Tribal Police update on Cougar Sightings (8/6/18): “We spoke with State Fish and Wildlife today and they are aware of the Cougar in the area. They have asked that folks continue to report sightings via their website.
    They said they will not be responding at this time since the cat has not harmed anyone and does not present an apparent danger. State does not appear to be interested in trapping or relocating the cat at this time. Their hope is that “he will move on”. WDFW can be reached through WSP Dispatch if you need to speak to an Officer.”
  • Burn Ban is still in effect.

  • A tip regarding creation of Pilera accounts: owners of the same property MUST have unique email addresses. If you don't, you must share an account, as you likely do with online banking.
  • Looking for those committee agendas & minutes? You must be logged into the Pilera Communications Portal to see them. From the portal, click "Community" from the top blue menu bar. Then select "Document Library." Click HERE to learn more about how to navigate the Document Library.
